Accounting & Auditing
Department of Accounting & Auditing - A Brief Introduction
As the only university department in Slovakia, our department is providing full courses with major in Accounting:
- Accounting (undergraduate)
- Auting and Auditing (Masters (graduate)
- Accounting (PhD.)
After succesful completion their undergraduate studies (3 years), students earn Bachelor´s degree (Bc.)
After succesful completion their graduate studies (2 additional years), students will be entitled to Mater´s/Engineer´s degree (Ing.)
Moreover, the department is also providing full postgraduate study program (PhD.).
Scientific fields of study: Currently, the department is participating in several research projects, covering mostly (but not exclusively) international advances in accounting and their impact on accounting theory and practice.
